I proudly represented the Philippine Women’s National Team as a professional soccer player from the age of 17, and thrived in my athletic career as a multisport athlete. I was inspired to pivot my career towards helping others after my personal experiences of navigating my first major injury, juggling life working regular jobs and call-ups for overseas soccer campaigns, and eventually making the tough decision of retiring from the sport. I’ve found my most fulfilling work in supporting vulnerable and marginalized communities such as during time working with the Custody Bureau of Santa Clara County, helping individuals rediscover their strength and power after hardships.
I am a Registered Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC #14608), working under the supervision of Elizabeth McGinnis, LPCC 8285. I earned my Master’s from Palo Alto University and my Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology from Santa Clara University.
