EMDR Mini Package

Drop the anchor of the past and step into your now.

Let go of the weight of your memory and reclaim your safety and security.

EMDR is an evidence-based approach that helps to alleviate the emotional weight that a memory holds. It helps bridge a connection between the head and the heart in a way where you can actually live out and feel the things that you’ve learned in therapy.

Wondering if this is for you?

You’ve gone through traditional talk therapy and have processed SO MUCH, you’re not wanting to go through it again and are needing a final push over the hurdle.  EMDR can help bridge a connection between your current perspective and your younger perspective at the time of the trauma.

Instead of doing this alone....

I’ll provide a safe, supportive, non-judgmental space for you to explore your trauma, develop coping strategies, and work towards reclaiming a sense of safety and well-being. I am fully trained in EMDR and can use this technique to help you tackle the negative emotions that these memories hold.

Let's be honest and fearless.

We have 6 sessions  that focus on one specific memory. Session 1 is for getting to know you and your history. The next 1-2 sessions are focused on resource building. Then we spend 2 sessions using EMDR to revisit, process, and make meaning from the trauma. The last session is used to solidify insights.

Who’s a Good Fit for EMDR
I’ve found that EMDR can be especially helpful for client’s who have gone through extensive talk therapy already and are wanting support in getting over the last “hurdle.” It can help bridge a connection between your current perspective and your younger perspective at the time of the trauma to help you live out the things you have learned in therapy.

What’s Included
Inside the package, you will have six sessions with me. We will be focused on one specific memory. Session one is for getting to know one another and learning about your current coping skills, support system, and history. The next one or two sessions are focused on resource building so that we have all the support we need to safely and confidently address your trauma.
