Young and Heartbroken Group

Tired of faking being “over it” and ready to actually be “over it”?

Life is hard! Doing it in community makes it easier.

Sometimes, no matter how well meaning, our friends and that great TikToker just aren’t enough. Join us for a therapy group focused on supporting young women (18-24) process through the grief, disappointment, pain, and confusion you may feel when heartbroken from love. In group, you can share and relate to others who have similar experiences and challenges.

Pain and loneliness is not forever.

In group, we will explore shame, disappointment, frustrations, and grief over losing a person we cared deeply for, whatever we called them to our friends. We will also explore how to be gentle with self, find meaning outside of relationships, as well as finding joy, gratitude, and pride in our current self.

Tired of defending your choices?

You’ve have had one too many “situationships” or bad relationships. This is a group that is focused on help and support and healing, not blame and shame. You’re ready to go to therapy, but you’re broke. (Girl, same.) So let’s get you some real support and comfort and not break the bank.

Let's go of the old dream and start building a new one.

Life is hard! Doing it in community makes it easier. When we are heartbroken, we can feel isolated and alone. Group therapy helps us to feel that we aren’t. You can share your experiences in a safe space with others who can empathize. Share as much or as little as you would like.

Ready to heal?

Who?
Young women in college (ages 18-24) who have had one too many situationships and bad relationships. You’ve had your heart broken and are wanting to put the pieces back together, but need help figuring out how to do this along the way.

What?
An 8-week, 90-minute group therapy program to explore the hurts and path to healing in a safe space within community. This program will be a total of $280. (That’s $35 per session compared to $180 for individual therapy.)

When & Where?
Online on Fridays from 12-1:30pm starting February 6, 2026. We will meet weekly for 8 weeks.

Why?

  1. Life is hard! Doing it in community makes it easier. When we are heartbroken, we can feel isolated and alone. Group therapy helps us to feel that we aren’t. You can share your experiences in a safe space with others who can empathize with where you are coming from. You can share as much or as little as you would like while still gaining some comfort in not being alone.

  2. You’re ready to go to therapy, but you’re broke. (Girl, same). Group therapy tends to be much more cost effective than individual therapy.

  3. Sometimes talking with your friends is not enough. Having a therapist who is empathetic, well-versed in techniques and theories, and won’t judge you can be incredibly healing.

  4. TikTok and Instagram Reels just aren’t cutting it with their advice anymore. Short clips on ‘here’s what to do’ just aren’t enough sometimes. You’ve got to go deeper into your own experience to uncover what’s true for you.
