I am Fearless affirmation

22 Positive Affirmations for Self Growth

I am Fearless affirmation

Affirmations can be a very helpful tool. I most often recommend them to my clients who need a little bit more of self-help to overcome fears and self-doubt.

A belief is a thought that we continue to think, and words hold immense power. Coupled together create affirmations that will bring positive results and reduce the negative thoughts we have.

When might affirmations not be helpful? When we don’t believe them, or when we have wishful thinking. Affirmations are meant to be matched with action, and not be the change itself. Below is a list of amazing affirmations that I have used for myself and for my clients. Pick the three that you resonate with the most. That you don’t tell yourself enough.

I am exactly where I need to be.

I love my body and I am comfortable in my own skin.

I inhale peace, and exhale worry.

I will accept the things that are out of my control.

I am ready for changes in my life and I welcome it with open arms.

Each one of us has our own path in life. I will tune to my own frequency and not compare myself to others or tune to their frequency.

I feel centered and grounded.

I am free from pain.

I am doing the best that I can, with what I have and know.

I have everything that I need.

I choose to be positive. I choose joy.

I am in charge of how I feel.

I push through fear to try new things.

I forgive myself for my mistakes.

I am grateful for this new day and for simply being alive.

Life does not happen to me. Life comes from me. Life happens through me. Life happens for me.

I am the architect of my life.

My past mistakes do not define who I am.

I am worthy.

I am loved.

I will be kind to myself and others.

I am resilient and can get through anything.

I am grateful for the lessons that today brought.

My heart is at peace knowing that I am safe.

I did my best today.

I am now relaxed, both physically and mentally. I call on my energy and spirit to release all anxieties and stress from today.

I forgive myself and others.

I feel grateful for the small goals I accomplished today.

I am grateful for the little things that brought me joy today.

Affirmations have significantly impacted my approach to daily challenges. I first learned about them on social media, seeing athletes use them as part of their pregame rituals. The way they spoke about their mental preparation and focus really resonated with me. I decided to try it myself, starting with two affirmations in my pre-game routine. I quickly felt more confident and grounded,  and this positive shift encouraged me to make affirmations a consistent practice. I believe affirmations can also greatly benefit anyone seeking a daily motivational boost.
